DAY 25 & 26 DECREE AND DECLARE CHALLENGE

Decree and Declare Challenge No Comment

IS GIVING BETTER THAN RECEIVING?

Whoever gives to the poor will lack nothing, but those who close their eyes to poverty will be cursed.” ~Proverbs 28:27 (NLT)

Is giving better than receiving? Depending on what eyes you see them out of. This time of the year many of us get so caught up of receiving rather than giving. Since I missed yesterday’s blog I am combining both days of what I observed. In actuality, I’ve been observing this for the last 10 years. My thoughts are that the Christmas holiday season is too commercialized as well as not keeping the Father FIRST! The retail stores are looking for any way to get you in the stores. In fact, they interrupt you eating your Thanksgiving dinner with your loved ones with enticing you with supposedly great deals. In my opinion, that’s not really a good thing. Another point, most people are not giving from the heart. They are looking to gain and not give. Have you ever given to someone who is less fortunate than you? What about the rapper TI, who gave to the children of incarcerated parents? Or even paid for someone’s bill that’s in front of you while standing in the line waiting to pay for your items or groceries? What about sponsoring a family of 8 with gifts, including bicycles, clothes and toys? I actually know the organization that gave to this family. That made me feel good from the inside out. That’s the unexplainable joy that I always talk about. The moral of the story is do for others as you would want done to you and KEEP the Father FIRST. You’ll never lack.NO~THING!

Here are 3 morsels of joy that you will experience during this challenge:

1) Giving evokes gratitude.

2) You won’t be poor. You’ll be wealthy and rich from all areas; spiritually, naturally and financially!

3) Put God FIRST to receive His BEST!

I will start with mine:

Day 25 & 26 ~ I decree and declare that I will not be poor; I will give and RECEIVE God’s BEST and not be cursed!

One should never be a stranger of giving back. Don’t turn your eyes when you see someone in need. On the other hand, the giving and receiving principle is a spiritual law. Receiving God’s BEST when you make someone else day when you operate in the acts of service you’ll not be cursed!!! Try it!

LET’S DECREE AND DECLARE A THING! SO IT WILL BE! IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.
