“Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.” ~Tony Robbins
Technically, I stopped making resolutions about 5 years ago. Especially, when I would start out flourishing and then would stop. I say this because goals do not have an expiration date but when resolutions are set, 85% of them are not completed. In order to accomplish those goals, I find it better to start with something small that you’ve been wanting to do and then move it to something bigger.
Here are 3 morsels of joy that you will experience during this challenge:
1) Do an action plan alongside with a vision board.
2) Do small steps. Do not bite off more than you can chew.
3) Stay on course by setting goals on a weekly basis and then move towards daily!
I will start with mine:
Day 30 ~ I decree and declare that I will set GOALS and STRIVE to make something HAPPEN!
Let’s make something HAPPEN! For example, from a bad habit to lose weight. Surely, your goals should be to strive to be a better person than what you were yesterday; regardless if you are moving into another year. Remember goals doesn’t have an expiration date. Resolutions does.
LET’S DECREE AND DECLARE A THING! SO IT WILL BE! IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.
