“A time to tear apart and a time to sew together; A time to be silent and a time to speak.” ~Ecclesiastes 3:7
A solitary life is peaceful. In fact, it makes your spiritual journey beneficial. I say this because sometimes in order to hear God, you must remain silent. Some say that police officers break the code of silence but I say that the importance of being silent are necessary practices for spiritual growth. Did you know that 5 minutes of silence does your brain good and it take your stress levels down?
Here are 3 morsels of joy that you will experience during this challenge:
1) Balance yourself so that you can become healthier
2) Start with 5 minutes of solitude per day
3) Cultivate an attitude to the busyness of your life so that solace can come.
I will start with mine.
Day 7~ I decree and declare that I will spend more time being silent so that I can hear God!
We’re at an age that everything is hustle and bustle. Grab your phone, pay attention to anxiety, stress, depression, addictive behaviors and not to mention not changing your mindset to better your thought life.
LET’S DECREE AND DECLARE A THING! SO IT WILL BE! IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.
