Today, while I was at work, I helped a young lady that was all discombobulated in her spirit. I said to her BREATHE! I even took the time out to tell her how to exactly do it. I said INHALE through your nose, and EXHALE slowly by opening your mouth and let all of those toxins out so that you won’t be depressed, have low self esteem, worried, agitated, frustrated, lonely and angry. Give yourself permission to be happy.
Here are 3 morsels of joy that you will experience during this challenge:
1) Do breathing exercises. It’s really a great mechanism to help you.
2) Have some ME time. Go for a walk, pray, journal if you have to.
3) Get some sleep. This is a MUST! You have to so that you can function.
I will start with mine:
Day 8~ I decree and declare that I will BREATHE to get through those challenges that just happen!
Life happens to us all. The key is how are you going to deal with it, without taking ourselves through turmoil when ultimately we have the ability to change our LIFE! It is crucial to take deep breathes throughout the day, especially if you have a challenge that have to be dealt with. Don’t forget to BREATHE!
