EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
2 Timothy 1:7 (NIRV)
“God gave us his Spirit. And the Spirit doesn’t make us weak and fearful. Instead, the Spirit gives us power and love. He helps us control ourselves.“
Did you ever think back on some of the important decisions you made in your life and not used your emotional intelligence may be to blame for those bad decisions? Did you ever realize why you do some of the same things over and over? We as leaders should be able to identify our emotions and have control and able to manage those emotions. It helps us to communicate effectively. The grand scope of things is to know that in order to become successful in your ministry, business and life in general etc; we must have a hold on our emotional intelligence. It plays an important role of being human.
1) Self awareness.
2) Modify your behavior and be understanding.
3) Be empathetic.
I will start with mine.
Day 18 ~ I decree and declare that I will purpose in my heart to control my emotional intelligence.
Transform our thinking will work out and improve attitudes and relationships with others. LET’S DECREE AND DECLARE A THING! SO IT WILL BE! JUST ASK. AMEN.
